Bank Holidays 2023: We are entering the year 2023 and as the year begins many people must be wondering about the bank holidays in the year 2023. Moreover, having a list of bank holidays beforehand can be seen as a matter of convenience for the citizens of our country. Many times people visit their banks without having prior knowledge of the bank holiday and eventually find out that the bank is closed due to any government holiday. Not known to many people, the Reserve Bank of India which is the supreme authority of Banks has made three categories of bank holidays i.e Real-Time Gross Settlement Holidays, Banks Closing of Accounts and the Negotiable Instruments Act.
